Is AI Marketing the answer?

That's a quick no from me. As we move into the realm of artificial intelligence and robotics, trust me, someone in some lab is trying to make the perfect caregiver attendant. Remember the one from Will Smith’s movie, "I, Robot"?

In my humble opinion, the human component is the most important part of caregiving. Human interaction is crucial for the well-being of all humans, but even more so for seniors. Studies have shown that it combats isolation and boosts physical and mental health. We are years away from a robot being able to properly replicate those much-needed things.
Beyond that, using AI or ChatGPT to be your voice, tell your story, or fabricate one, as I have seen some do, is not the way to go.
Your story of why you started your business should be heard. Imagine a family coming home from the doctor's office with their loved one for the first time after hearing a prognosis that will mean that Mom or Dad will need daily care.
Do you think that family, when looking for a care provider, will go with the cookie-cutter home care site with stock photography and buzzwords, or the site that is warm and has an "About Us" section that paints your story of what brought you into opening a homecare agency?
I know some people are budget-conscious, so that does play a role, but for the empathetic, loving child who only wants the best for their loved one, I believe that warm and fuzzy, yet professional, will win every time.
Using AI to clean up text is one thing and can help you if proper grammar isn’t a strong suit of yours. But I highly suggest sharing your story. I would overlook a grammatical mistake of "to," "too," or "two," or "there," "their," or "they’re," if I saw a person who genuinely had the heart of a caregiver.
I would want someone who will show my loved one the kind of care I would give them.
Don’t be afraid to share your story. Be proud of the fact that you chose to serve others in need and allow them the opportunity to age in place.
You are a hero to me and to the millions of seniors & families out there looking for that special caregiving team.
